The attraction is open daily from 08:00 to 18:00.
Tickets can only be used once. Re-entry is not allowed.
To redeem your ticket, please show your voucher* with the admission code at the ticket entrance of the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Center or scan the QR code at the gate's entrance for easy access. Tickets can be redeemed from 08:00 to 16:30 only.
*A separate voucher from the tour operator will be sent upon booking confirmation and will be required when redeeming your ticket. Please note that this is different from the VELTRA voucher.
Please be ready to produce a valid identification card and the credit card used for payment upon redemption of tickets.
